​Mark Walker [founder of No Chain Property] has more than 30 years of property investing/development and business building experience.
 

​Mark Walker has been an entrepreneur all of his life starting his first business, gardening services aged just 8, before moving into the Nightclub industry, then in to Logistics and onto creating multiple niche businesses.

​

He became financially free at the age of 23, creating his wealth by selling his logistics company.

​

Today Mark continues to assist struggling homeowners with solutions to their property problems. These solutions, include How To Stop Repossessions using legal case-law not taught in school and only known by those who educate themselves in property investing.

Mark is a very charismatic businessman and is very generous in supporting and mentoring like-minded people who want to create their own property portfolio or other business venture via his Business Builder brand, taking their ideas and ambitions on to the next level.​

No Chain Property was created by Mark in 2013 and launched on 1st October 2014 as the result of Mark's vision to create and bring to the High Street a whole new style of property investment and development, sales and lettings to assist his local community and property investor training based on his multiple skill sets and worldwide successes.

Mark's skill sets now draw together top designers, architects, builders, business owners, professionals, investors and more working on interesting and innovative property developments and projects.
